This depends on the Human Technology product that you might be using and the user privileges that you or your managers / colleagues / friends might possess.
In Seahorse, no-one can see anything about you that you don’t specifically share to another user, and even then, sharing isn’t necessarily automatically reciprocal. Just because A has shared their profile with B doesn’t mean that B can see A’s profile without specifically returning the privilege. Even system administrators can’t see anything other than your username and profile.
In ‘Zebra’ a manager, coach, recruiter or system administrator will be able to see a dashboard with your personality profile on it. Think of this as a normal part of necessary workplace information, your employer or recruitment agent would normally have access to your CV, and your personality profile is not much different. It is used to make decisions about your performance at work, in conjunction with other, offline, usual parameters.
Data is stored on servers used by Human Technology Ltd, via Microsoft ‘Azure’ inside the European Economic Area (EEA).
In Seahorse, yes, you can delete your account at any time and all trace of your existence is wiped off the system permanently. The only remaining data would be anonymised strings of meaningless code, that will eventually disappear as the system overwrites backups of the database.
In Zebra, you can ask Human Technology to delete your account at any time. We would recommend that you talk to your employer, or practitioner professional before taking this step.
The personality categories and suggested interactions are based upon tried and tested scientific, empirical psychometric methodologies which have been established for many years.
The clear advantage of Human Technology’s artificial intelligence and super-computing power, is that these categories and suggested outcomes are constantly checked against human and electronic feedback, on a daily basis. This way, our software becomes ever more accurate.
Within the context of human sociology, no measurement or reporting tool can ever claim to be 100% ‘accurate’ in predicting behaviour.
